That is historical workflow evidence, not a promise that the legacy service or purchased character balance still works today. The current Boris FX matrix says text-to-speech is processed locally and offers multiple languages and voices. It doesn't publish a side-by-side parity table for voice count, pronunciation, quality or old character allowances. Regional and license offers can also differ, so a buyer should check the exact cart and trial offered in the purchase country. ### Windows 11 became the supported baseline The [current Sound Forge requirements](https://www.soundforge.com/sound-forge/system-requirements/) list Windows 11 and recommend 8 GB RAM. The vendor’s 2 GB application line is not a complete Windows 11 PC specification.
